A rich garlic tonkotsu soup with garlic flavoring added to robust pork extract. The seasoning oil is special ma-yu oil, garlic fried in lard and vegetable oil until black and then ground, a characteristic of Kumamoto ramen.

Serving Instructions:

(Cooking instructions for 1 serving)

1. Boil 500ml of water in a pot, add 1 bunch of noodles and cook for 3 minutes. (Adjust boiling time in accordance with your preference.)
2. When the noodles are cooked, turn off heat, add 1 bag each of the soup and seasoning oil (black ma-yu oil) and gently stir.
3. Transfer to a bowl and consume while hot.

* Add grilled pork, spring onion, kikurage, egg etc. in accordance with your preference for a more delicious dish.

* There may be black grains inside the soup. This is roast garlic so please consume with peace of mind.

* When cooking 2 servings at the same time, double the amount of water.

Storage Instructions: Avoid direct sunlight, places with strong odors and humidity. Store at room temperature.
