Returns and Refunds

We generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a customer's change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days after delivery.

After reviewing the details, Japan Spread will arrange a replacement or refund. If the same product is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

If a return is required because of an issue caused by Japan Spread, Japan Spread will cover the return shipping cost. Please follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We will notify you when the refund has been processed. The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation may be possible before an order is shipped, depending on its processing status. Please contact us as soon as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.
