This miso soup is made with miso and plenty of katsuo, kombu, and niboshi dashi for a rich dashi flavor.

It is a delicious miso soup with about 1.0g of salt per serving.

The ingredients are a combination of four kinds of vegetables (pumpkin, cabbage, carrot, and leek) and two kinds of mushrooms (maitake, shiitake, golden sesame, and leek) in three servings each.
