Umi no Sei Domestic Special Red Plum Boshi Rinsyu 120g

This is a pickled plum made from the rare indigenous "Rinshu-ume" plums specially cultivated in Yoshino, Nara, and organic shiso.

The skin is thin but the flesh is rich, and the mild acidity makes it easy to eat.
