Return and Exchange Policy

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to a customer's change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days after delivery.

After reviewing the details, Japan Spread will arrange a replacement or refund. If the same product is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

When a return is required because of damage, a defect, or an incorrect item caused by Japan Spread, Japan Spread will cover the return shipping cost. Please do not return an item before receiving instructions from us.
