Return Policy

We DO NOT accept return, exchange.

We will exchange the products if the damage and trouble is caused solely by the company or if the product/s ordered did not matched the one being delivered.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

However, in cases where the same kind of products are out of stock, they will be refunded by the below procedure.

1. Notify our staff of the damage with detailed and reasonable explanation within 7 days after delivery.

2. Return the damaged item to the designated place as it was originally shipped or follow the instruction of our staff.
