The umami of bonito and konbu are added to a chicken stock soup and soy sauce base, creating a chicken bone soy sauce soup with a simple yet irresistible flavor. Comes with yuzu peel powder from Oita Prefecture that radically changes the flavor of the soup.

Serving Instructions:
(Cooking instructions for 1 serving)
① Boil 500ml of water in a pot, add 1 bunch of noodles and cook for 3 minutes. (Adjust boiling time in accordance with your preference.)
② When the noodles are cooked, turn off heat, add 1 bag of soup and gently stir.
③ Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle on a bag of yuzu peel powder and consume while hot.
* Add boiled bean sprouts, grilled pork, spring onion, egg etc. in accordance with your preference for a more delicious dish.
*When cooking 2 servings at the same time, double the amount of water.

Storage Instructions: Avoid direct sunlight, places with strong odors and humidity. Store at room temperature.
