This cleansing water that you don't need to rinse off is for those with delicate skin. Simply lightly blend into your skin and it will properly bring out difficult-to-remove makeup, such as waterproof eye makeup, without irritating the skin. As well as removing makeup, it also puts the moisture balance of the stratum corneum into shape, calms the condition of skin and makes it moist. As there is no need to rinse off, this is also handy for using at the office or in an airplane when you need to fix your makeup.
